Subject: Feedback on Staff Behavior during My Stay Dear Hotel Resort Reo, I recently stayed at Resort Reo from 09th March,25 to 12th March,25 and I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding my experience with some of the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered the Way The Security Team & Reception Girl did with us As we found unprofessional attitude, dismissive responses, lack of courtesy Cause I was hotelier worked with J W Marriott Areocity New Delhi as a Concierge manager also respect the Hotels norms and Every Guest must be Adhere the same but guest seeks Proper Information some time vary from hotel to hotel and the way your team not assisting customer and educating rather they shouts and threating that go and give response feedback anywhere we will not care we are five star property uffh this attitude one day spoil the goodwill of the property. This was quite disappointing, as I had expected a more welcoming and professional service. e.g., "When I asked for assistance with bath robe cause we need to spend some time at pool there no one shared this that bathrobe is not allowed at pool area but you can avail the bath towel from the Pool area let me assist with you with pool manager rather this way they have stopped us in Lobby and quarrelling that we will not let you go and asking us to return the towel which was with us and they have made unnecessary drama on that any how I have given him that towel and standing in undergarments as lady from reception took it and arrogantly took it and said you go in the same way after twice I said if you will not allow this and return my towel will get back to my room and also we said you have to give proper information to the guest at hotel that how their stay becomes comfortable also in room we have called housekeeping many times for essential but it was also given very late as I found hotel staff have some rude behavior. I believe that excellent guest service is key to a positive guest experience, and I hope you will address this matter with your team.
